Hurricane Irene

Once again our country is getting mother nature's brunt. The entire east coast will be affected. And I pray that people will help each other, that everyone gets evacuated soon enough. That lives aren't lost in this.

I have a friend in the military who is off duty today but is still gathering supplies to go help our regular civilians and help get them to safety. I salute her, Tiffany Robinson. @simply_tiffany1 is her Twitter.
We need more people to take it upon themselves to help others.
We need to be more caring for the person next to us. Beyond our family and friends.
